CMOs Forecast Drop in Traditional Ad Spend Amid Higher Budgets

CMOs are predicting a 0.8% decline in traditional advertising spend in the next 12 months, according to findings from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, which released its latest CMO Survey in February 2012. This represents a 161.5% decline from the last iteration of the survey, when marketers predicted a 1.3% increase in traditional advertising spend. (more…)
